Women in Science

On the occasion of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science we are pleased to invite you to participate in the event "Donne nella Scienza (Women in Science)" on Tuesday, February 11 at 17 in the Aula Magna of Palazzo Bo,

Guest speaker includes, Nicoletta Maraschio, expert linguist and first women in charge of the Accademia della Crusca, of which she held the position of President from 2008 to 2014.

The event includes a roundtable of experts in different sectors of science who will discuss their professional experiences, including difficulties encountered during their career paths as well as the successes achieved within their respective field. Rossella Panarese, author and host of Radio3Scienza, will moderate the meeting.

The event is organized between the University of Padua and Fondazione Ricerca Biomedica Avanzata (VIMM) with the support of Fondazione Marisa Bellisario, the event is open to the public.
